EDIT Brewing was born in 2017 with the intention of spreading something that was disappearing in Turin: the culture of craft beer. Today EDIT is the largest craft brewery in the city. EDIT's  Italian Pubs is an industrial-style venue where beer flows freely, together with a fine cocktail selection and a cuisine suitable for every palate.

EDIT Brewing represents the new concept of urban brewery, based in Turin, in the heart of a post-industrial area of the city. In fact, it rises in a suggestive location, an historic electric cable factory abandoned for more than 40 years in which the soul characterized by steel and concrete of the original structure is still visible today, and has become part of our DNA and of our beers .

Drinkability is the philosophy with which we produce beers, or the characteristic of being easy to drink combined with complexity for the most attentive palates at the same time. EDIT's range includes core, seasonal and special edition beers.

Craft beer should be savored in the right mood. For this reason, in addition to the brewery, EDIT also created the Italian Pub, a large venue where you can taste all our beers depending on the season but also other references from around the world. But above all, a meeting place where you can discuss with the staff your favorite topic together: beer!
