Traditional pop cuisine a stone’s throw from Porta Nuova station. Like the old taverns, which stood in places of passage to feed travelers, Osteria Nuova is located a few steps from the Porta Nuova railway station. Here they focus everything on hospitality, tradition and territory.

They feel a little bit ambassadors of Piedmontese cuisine and its tradition, to which they aspire, tending to interpret it in a young, modern way, accessible to everyone. In every aspect they seek the balance between tradition and modernity, as in they signature dish: vitello tonnato, served with the two versions of tuna sauce without failing to mention our agnolotti del plin, rigorously handmade with the three roasts.

The wine list reflects the love for the territory and mainly offers labels from Piedmont. The main room, which is accessed via the characteristic wrought iron staircase, is housed in the old cellar of a 19th century building, with exposed brick and vaulted ceiling that give a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The contrast with a modern and minimal mise en place stands out, making the experience informal and comfortable.
